Do memory foam pillows need to be cleaned regularly? How to maintain?

Memory foam pillow cores are not recommended to be directly washed with water, as their internal materials are easily damaged when exposed to water. For daily maintenance, they can be aired regularly (avoid direct sunlight to prevent material aging) to remove moisture and odors. When in use, match them with removable and washable pillowcases, and clean the pillowcases regularly to maintain hygiene. If a small amount of stain is accidentally ，gently wipe with a damp cloth dipped in neutral detergent, and use after drying.

What is the difference between memory cotton pillow core and ordinary cotton pillow core?

The core difference between the two lies in the material and support method. Memory foam pillow cores are slow-rebound materials that can actively fit the human curve, provide targeted support, and relieve pressure. Ordinary cotton pillow cores are mostly fluffy filled, and their support depends more on the density of the filler. They have poor conformability and are prone to neck discomfort due to uneven force. In addition, memory foam pillow cores have better breathability (high-quality products) and a longer service life.

How does the memory cotton pillow core work?

Memory foam pillow cores use slow-rebound materials that can automatically adjust their shape according to the temperature and pressure of the human head and neck. They fit the curve of the cervical spine, evenly distribute pressure, reduce the pressure on neck muscles, thereby providing more comfortable support and helping to relieve cervical fatigue.
